Even with Covid and limited capacity in stores the wait was not long. Our person came out to talk with us to see what we were looking for and informed us they did have them in stock. She was friendly and patient with my children who told lots of stories and she was paying attention to every word.

Was greeted properly within 10 seconds of entering the store. The sales employee was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Received great customer service upon purchasing a gift set

I was greeted at the door by a very nice sales associate who then led me to another pleasant associate who helped me With my purchases. I was looking for a specific bracelet to give as a gift & she showed Me several which helped me to purchase 2 bracelets and a charm.

The sale person Deirdre V No. 194033 Was very helpful and friendly. She greeted me as soon I walked in the Store .I’ve had ask Deirdre if she could help me to put my pandora bracelet with my charms, and she Helped me out doing an amazing job . I will return to this store soon .

The sales associate that helped me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When one of the rings I selected was not available in my size, she explained how it is a retired style and she offered to call another store with my size in stock to see if it could be transferred
