My sales associate was super knowledgeable and personable. I did not feel forced to purchase anything that I looked at. I was able to take my time and really look through the booklet and at all the cases for what I felt was right. The sizing and cleaning of jewelry was great too!

The moment I walked in the store Olivia greeted me and my mother. She took the extra step to ask me my name. She was really friendly and patient with us. She assisted me with getting my charms off an old bracelet and selecting something new. I noticed her bracelet and instantly fell in love with it. Really Olivia made the whole experience. The other associates were friendly too, but Olivia takes the cake!
