The sales associate was great. I was able to get the bracelet for my niece without her seeing wat the associate and I were doing. I will be back to the store for myself later in the week.

The managers were making sure only three people were going in the store at a time and Cecil was making sure all the customers in line were abreast of what was going on and who was next. Cecil was also accommodating customers who had holds and only wanted to purchase the holds she would ring them up making them happy not to have to stand in line. Overall the store is very clean and the managers and sales associates are very friendly and very knowledgeable of the merchandise. I enjoy shopping at the Wrentham Outlet Store.

Vanessa was very helpful and knew exactly which product I was looking for when explaining it. She made sure our area was clean before helping us and she greeted us with a smile and warm welcome.

The workers were so understanding and were so helpful. I waited a very long time in line since two customers were wasting many peoples time. They gave me a free gift because I waited almost an hour, and were so sweet and got what I wanted right away!

When I walked in I automatically got the help I needed from an associate. She helped me because I honestly didn’t even know what I was looking for. I came in to buy one thing and I came out with 2 things because of the prices.

Upon arrival, store was full and we had to wait a little. It was a pleasant wait and the associate greeted us with and was super nice! Knew exactly what she was talking about and gave me many options.
