Our sales representative, Cecile, was awesome! She took the time and was patient in helping my friend and I find the perfect rings. She was also super kind, funny & very relatable which made the experience here at this Pandora, memorable!

The staff was very helpful both took the time to explain to my daughter and me how to care for the bracelets and charms and how to wear them they even broke down the materials used since my daughter has a skin sensitivities

This is my third visit to the outlet store and each visit I would always get a warm welcome from the staff there. If they do not have what I am looking for they are always willing to try and locate it in another Pandora Outlet for me.
