The store had quite a few customers and there were only 3 sales associates at the time. Considering it’s the Christmas season there could’ve been at least one more associate especially when you have customers that want to continue checking the sales price for each charm they chose. Also I didn’t receive a bow nor the pink colored tissue paper either in which I had to buy my own, not cool

Had a problem paying with my afterpay.

The sales associate was not friendly at all. Unwilling to answer questions; it was like pulling teeth. It simply felt like we were being talked down to from the moment we walked in. I was debating a very large purchase and if she had been friendlier, or at least more knowledgeable, I probably would have completed it. I went with a smaller purchase still, but really wished someone else had helped us. The entire time it seemed like helping us was nothing she was interested in.

I had to make a return and the online purchase didn't linked in with the store. The online return took way longer than it should have.

Would of liked some newer pieces.

Employees were amazing and knew exactly what they were talking about. Helped me pick something out specifically for an occasion and was efficient too. Only thing was there was a small wait

the rose gold rings dont really hold their value, we take the ring off when doing anything and it still changes colors, too expensive to have this issue

The associate that helped me was polite and nice. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything when I asked to see other items when I already pick out what I had intended to buy
