Initially, the team member was not invested in my satisfaction. Her suggestions were not helpful, but self-serving and nonchalant. I nearly left, but I am a 63 year old woman with much life experience. We got it done!

I was trying to get another bangle bracelet and thought it was going to be free. I was wrong. I did buy two charms for my other bracelet and was completely satisfied with buy two and get one free.
