They were overly nice to someone who cam in after me of cleaning her old jewelry. I was not asked to do mine. People of color should get the same service as all customers who spend their time/money

The sales associate (Alexis) seems as though she didn’t want to be there nor help my family and I. Once the manager came out from the back her mood changed instantly trying to act friendly when she was being very impatient to not wanting to help us and acting as if we were wasting her time before the manager came out. She would show us a tray then leave to the other side as if we didn't need assistance, I would have been understanding if there were other customers in the store and she was trying to multitask but that wasn’t the case. The other sales associate was very helpful and sweet. I’ve shopped at multiple different stores through out the north and south and this location had items you couldn’t find most places but with the service I got i won’t be returning unless it’s someone else. Very disappointed with how unattentive she was.

The wrentham store was supposed to be open at 10am, it was 10:40am when I arrived to the store, the metal gate inside the locked doors was halfway up. What looked like a store manager, young with dark hair and her hair curled was walking around the store. Made eye contact and did not acknowledge that it was 40 minutes after opening time and instead finished what she was doing at the counter and then walked into the back room and slammed the door behind her. I would think if I’m going to be a paying customer, you would at least acknowledge the person at the door and explain either A) you’re not opening or B) apologize to the customer for opening extremely late and let them know you will be opening in the near future. I understand the lack of employees however, there was no sign on the door or anything. I eventually went back and this particular person was rude and walked around like she owned the place. Thankfully after waiting 10 minutes for customer service to make a purchase, another sales rep helped with our transaction.

Online purchase in store return beware

I bought my daughter a bracelet online for her graduation but it was too big. I went to the store with her to exchange it for the right size. There was an issue finding email despite having all the online paperworkS I had to wait for a different associate to help with the exchange which was no problem. The second associate informed me she would do the exchange for me this time but because I paid with PayPal they were making an exception. She stated that if you buy online with PayPal you need to do any return or exchange by sending the item in. She was rude about it and I was pretty aggravated by that statement. I just spent $330 on a bracelet and charms and I was exchanging a size not returning anything. I am definitely not going to purchase items online if I will have a hard time returning or exchanging them. And I am not going to want to go into a store where I have all the paperwork and the associate is telling me based on the form of payment they are making an exception to the return process. It makes no sense to me and it’s embarrassing. Furthermore the PayPal payment comes directly out of my bank account so it’s the equivalent to me walking in the store and paying cash.

Workers had no idea what they had in stock and did not care to check for different sizing. They seemed like they were just there to fill their time and leave. Service was very bad

The sales girl was very pleasant and helpful. Im dissatisfied with the lack of Murano Beads you offer. I have a necklace Im trying to fill and now will have a hard time (if I can at all) because of the lack of selection of beads to chose from. Very sorry I purchased the necklace. It definitely won't look the way I planned it would. I didn't know I was on a time limit to get the beads when the necklace was purchased. its just disappointing. I should've gone with another company that still has a nice selection. I just never imagined those beautiful beads ever being taken off the line. Just doesn't make sense. They were gorgeous thats why I bought the necklace. Again very disappointed.

I guess that store has better prices because is at outlets.
