We understand that social distancing is a must during these times. However, if your sign says only 4 customers at a time then you should follow that guideline. We waited almost 40 minutes to make a quick exchange and there was only 1 sales associate on the floor and she said only 2 people at a time. During those 40 minutes she lost 5 potential customers. Why. Because no one wanted to keep waiting. If you are only going to have a sign that says a limit of 4, then you need to make sure to have enough adequate staff to uphold that. Otherwise take that sign down, and do a lint of 2 customers at a time if you don’t have enough workers. At the end of the day it’s the company’s loss and if your fine with losing a potential 50-100 between each customer then that’s on you.

The manager took forever she didn’t wanna honor my 10% off. I literally have spent thousands of dollars at multiple locations. This one was the worst experiences.

I want to first mention that this store did not greet me went i came in. They all looked at me but didn’t greet me. I wanted to return a bracelet i bought online. They couldnt find my order on their tablet and said they didnt know how to process it. So some other girl tried to help. After starting the return this worker without saying anything went to the back and came back accusing me of wearing the merchandise. The bracelet looked brand new and had no damage but she insisted everything looked really worn out even though you can clearly see no scratches. She said i was not able to return it. She just could give me a bigger size bracelet but could not give me a refund. I had to drive to another store (30 min drive) to different store to return it, and the second store said it looked fine to them and were able to complete the return. This second location greeted me and was friendly. This was my worst experience at a pandora store, its the one located at Wretham, MA

The Pandora site at Legacy place in Dedham, MA has a very standoffish and employee that will not assist even when 1 person is in the store. This happened on June 5 in the afternoon. This same employee had this attitude previously. Other Pandora stores have amazing employees who are sweet and helpful.

The outlet store at Wrentham Premium Outlets in Wrentham, MA was the worst shopping experience I’ve had with Pandora and I’ve been a Pandora customer for 14 years. The sales associates didn’t even ask if my mother and I needed help, acted like I didn’t belong because I wasn’t dressed to the nines and gave an attitude when I asked to see a tray of charms to choose one for my bracelet. Then checkout they explained how my charm works, like hello did you not see the Pandora bracelet on my hand? Overall, this store was snobby and rude and made me feel like my money wasn’t good enough for the store associates. A friendly attitude goes a long way. I will never ever return to that specific store.

I tried on 2 same bracelets just different sizes. Was very clear which I wanted but got home send it was the wrong one

The store was out of stalk for ALOT of charms. And when I got home and opened my jewelry boxes, the jewelry looked slightly tarnished, especially compared to the ones I was shown on display, and the lock/bracket clasp was deeply scratched and scuffed all the way around.... they were so low in stalk that it was like they gave me the one they used to check people’s sizes or something... I want to cry. Pandora used to mean everything to me and this was supposed to be a very important / sentimental moment for me....the jewelry I received is unacceptable. I’ve gotten better jewelry from Walmart . I saved up and spent over 120 $ My heart is broken

The supervisor was very disrespectful I spent 400$ and did not recieve neither of the free bracelets She is a short lady with short brown hair No good her customer service
