The sales associate who assisted in my purchase was lovely. She took her time to show me all my options and even showed me how each charm would look on my bracelet. I went into the store to exchange something and ended up purchasing a bracelet and multiple charms. The cherry on tip was that she offered to clean the bracelet I was already wearing so I can take it home sparkly. Lovely experience.
