Due to COVID-19 in store purchases have changed. You cannot walk in a browse around at your leisure. The sales associate are kind, patient and attentive, you are treated with importance; the associate made a stressful time stress free and comfortable. My experience was great. I was with my daughter purchasing her birtday gift! She was also very happy! THANK YOU PANDORA!!!🙏🏾💖

I was shopping for a Mother’s Day gift for my daughter the sales person was very nice and helpful. She was very friendly great customer service I was very please with her attention and I brought everything I was looking for.

The sales associate was excellent with helping me figure out which charm I would get in exchange for the one I bought back. No rushing and undivided attention.

The store was extremely clean. The covid guidelines were definitely being followed, and I felt safe. The staff was kind, courteous, and familiar with merchandise. There wasnt a question that I asked that she didnt promptly answer

I really like the service the store staff give. But I was outside the store and it was only 2 customers that were together being helped by 1 staff member and 2 other staff members in the store not helping anyone but I was still waiting a while to get in the store. I think someone should be at the door to let customers in. Other then that my experience was great.

I liked how the store associate explained to me how to clean my pandora jewelry and how to maintain it in good condition. She also explained to me the benefits of having a credit card from pandora.
