Customer service was wonderful employees were very nice and helpful friendly I would recommend to go to pandora store I was very happy with products

My sales person was Erik and he was wonderful. He pulled out additional charms that i was thinking about because I am buying for Christmas now. He even offered to clean my charms, but I said no because their was a line outside. He said I was making his job very easy and we laughed. I told him I come often and I don't need the box or bag. I'm very simple. Love him.

Well my experience started very poorly as I left my bracelet months ago to be cleaned and they lost it. But they were able to replace everything and the sales people were very nice
