IT’s was cool they lady could’ve been more helpful

I visited this location to pick up a online order and each day the line was extremely long. This location only had 2 employees. Terrible wait time

I waited in a line for nearly two hours and while waiting I thght the associate was really disrespectful

I spent almost 2 hours in line, that was not pleasant at all.

I had to wait outside in a line for more than 1 hr .

The only issue was waiting in line outside but I get it small store and at the time of my visit the staff was walking in so it sped up some once they had more staff to deal with the line outside the door

My sales associate Emily was great. She convinced me to try on and eventually purchase my first Pandora Ring. Will most definitely be back.

I was highly satisfied the sales associate did good and the piece that was picked out was great as well.

Although I was the only customer in the store and therefore had the attention of the associate, as I was looking at some charms the associate pulled out the drawer to put some charms away. This prevented me from continuing to look at the charms. Not really a problem, but the associate should have said "excuse me" or waited until I finished looking at the charms. Was I not important enough as a customer because I was looking at the "sale" charms? I wonder.
