Good customer service. There is a good store and good items to buy, and there is good people around and good deals and offers.

After expressing my concern, the salesperson was very helpful

I wanted the heart charm holder, but they didn’t have anymore. I was given the circle charm holder instead, I believe on the receipt it is called Pandora moments.

We felt the sales representative was rushing us at time if purchase

At some point there should really be a REAL sale not the kind that you’ll think is a sale. Why should you have to spend 150.00 to get something. Buying 2 charms at for over a 100.00 should count for something. I just think it’s unfair. It’s almost Mother’s Day and your store does not have a REAL SALE that REAL people can afford. However, I needed the charms as gifts so had to buy them anyway

You had to wait too long for service or service there was someone at the door that could have assisted customers there were only 2 people in the store and they didn't have a lot of energy and getting to the customers with less than an hour before closing

The waiting time, plus there was another worker doing anything just standing, and The line was getting bigger

This location did not have the tools for engraving.
