Wasn’t enough associates for the amount of customers had to wait awhile for service but once I was assisted the associate was very nice and professional

The sales associate who helped me didn’t seem happy to be there which in return dulled my experience. Also, when she pulled out two charms there was a gold one and a rose gold one and she went back and forth with me on how both were rose gold. It was pretty clear to see that one was gold.

Seemed that the store needed more employees to help with the amount of customers. Also under the displays and drawers was very dusty and hairy. Such beautiful pieces of jewelry its off putting to see that around them.
