Due to the pandemic there are masks enforced or requested. An employee walked about the store without a mask. Made me feel uncomfortable. Another employee was on her phone while I stood there looking at charms waiting for her to be free.

Wait time outside store very long.Stock was very limited.And jewelry wasn't cleaned properly.

Nothing is totally satisfying. Was a little frustrated had to wait to the side to wait because only two representatives working that day and couldn’t browse while I was waiting

The only issue is that since this is an outlet, the newer merchandise was not available at this store. In addition to the fact that the prices are not outlet prices.
