I want to purchase the Infinity bracelet and it was not available and the young lady that assisted me handle time from one of the product will become available just explaining that they receive merchandise every day to try again or maybe go to another Pandora store I think the right thing would have been for her to try to order it and tell me when it would become available

Not a lot of options for what I was looking for.

The sales associate would not let me see or search for the charms. I asked them to show me a catalog or product of a certain price range. She did not show me any catalog or show me a variety of products. She was in a rush. She doesn't care about customer satisfaction.
