I took merchandise that was give as gift to clean and was not done well. I bought 2 set of cleaner and came home to clean and they are beautiful as new as I receive them. Sales Person need to spend more time caring customers need. She was nice and knowledgeable in sales. Just need a little more dedication. Very please with he choices and help. Thank You Pandora

The 1st sales person kind of ignored me, And was not interested in show me other pieces, The Young lady with the Pandora bracelet on with the letters EY Was very helpful and awesome.. That is why I board 6 pieces, This was my 1st time experiencing Pandora I just received my bracelet As a December birthday gift.

This was my first time going into a Pandora to purchase my first bracelet and the customer service I received was not at all what I expected. The salesperson was not friendly and would not take out the merchandise out of counters so that I could take a closer look unless I was sure I was going to buy. Very unprofessional, but nonetheless I got my first bracelet and am haopy about that.

I went in searching for a Christmas present for my sister in law and the associate informed me that there was only ONE charm entailing sisterly love. I had no choice to get it, but hoped to see a lot more options.

The person who took care of me was barely talking. I felt like he was rushing me. Never helped giving me options. Wanted to buy another bracelet for my daughter but he never offered anything in special I asked he looked like he didn’t know about siizes. 😫 so sad.

The time waiting in line was pretty long, however it is expected under the circumstances . I understand it was due to safety protocol.

I was at your store to return an item that was of poor quality. However I was able to find another bracelet that I loved. I received a store credit and I purchased a new bracelet. I also got a free bracelet with my new purchase
