I was not highly satisfied. The experience was great and the employee helped me very well.

I went for curbside pickup. Some questions do not apply. The sales associates were great. But had to wait longer than usual to get my merchandise.

Didn’t have one of the charms I wanted

I was very satisfied that was a Mistake

Great deals on charms. Good sales even on items already on sale. Better sales than other stores. Even Disney charms were on sale for a good price.

Because it was a quick in and out. The sales were very good. Spend average of 12 per charm

I think no have enough charms from the new collections.

The only problem is the wait time... their never seems to be enough associates on sale days . The ladies are pleasant, but it just always seems to be a very long wait.

La señorita que me vio llegar a la tienda y no tenía cliente, en ves de atenderme entro supongo a la oficina, estuve esperando por 30 minutos hasta que la otra señorita que tenía cliente tuvo que ir a buscarla

The sale person act like she did not want to help. They took long to come over to help.
