The person who served me seemed that he didn't want to show the charms and seemed to be in a hurry for me to finish my purchase, I didn't like that.

I had to wait over and hour I. Line before I was waited on. The associate did not take time to find the right size ring. I purchase a store sample. It is to big for me I plan to return it very soon.

There were more customers in line or leaving the line Turning aways due to long wait time. The online orders should have been cut off to help actual customers.

Too long 2 hours waiting time. Too long time looking for any trail. Some merchandise was offered but is not in the store. No any chair for the waiting time

They bracelet I bought was not closing well, there is some problem with it, the associate still selling it. Also, I don’t have a paper receipt, only the one by email. And, I very disappointed they did NOT gave the merchandises I bought in the Pandora box. I was happy to get in the store and waited patiently for my turn, but I felt one of the associate rushing and just not giving or offering the basic. I like Pandora, but I frustrated with this. I feel they took advantage in somehow. I need buy more charms, but I ll look for another store. One of the associate was good, the other was not right about it.

I have been to other Pandora stores and they let you touch and look at displays up close, almost felt as if they thought I was going to steal the items I was looking at, since each tray I asked to see was placed under the glass for me to view. I'm 45 and trying to read small lettering with a bright light on them doesn't make the decision on purchasing something easy. I mentioned it to staff and they said that was their policy, so I limited my purchase because I kept having to ask someone else to try and read the inscriptions. At this age, I don't like being read to, this didn't happen at another Pandora location.

I want to share my opinion for Pandora at Elisabeth Mall , NJ, i wasnt happy at all, since i walk in i told to the lady im interestetd for charms, and i said only the charms who where on sale, and she was doing things against my wishes, after that i asked her for rings, without looking at she said we dont have size9, after that came another lady she said yes wee do size 9, thats soooo bad experience i ever had, she seems doesent like to help people or to sale things, i dont know her name , she had looong pink nails, 😫😩😫 Other places i had a very good experienc , but on Pandora at elizabeth mall nj i willl never recomand to somebody 😒
