Wait time in line was over 20 minutes with only two customers inside. The person serving people in line had no knowledge about the item that I want itWhen I finally got inside the store two sale associates was helping one customer.

When i came in no one is available to assist me, salesperson is only 1 at the store. I purchased the item and she want me to wear it and not putting on the proper packaging.

The first visit to the store was on 2/20/22. I arrived at 6:32pm and the store closes at 7pm. There was two women working and they would not let me in the store. I came the next day 2/21/22 and told them what happened to me the day prior. I shouldn't have brought anything. Next time I will purchase online, maybe I'll get a better feedback. Plus they didn't have any good sale items.

When entering the store I was not greeted. There were 3 or 4 associates in the store. One was with a customer and the others were behind another register. They finally acknowledged me after I passed by twice and gave nonstop eye contact. One stepped from around that counter and began to assist me. She was short and brief in her customer service style. She barely smiled and seemed in a rush to get back to what she was doing. I didn’t need much help as I knew exactly what I wanted; however, as a Pandora shopper of other locations it wasn’t the quality of service that I expected.

First off every purchase has a one year warranty CORRECT! Than I had to take my teardrop ring back because two cubic stones had fallen off and they told me I couldn’t take it MIND YOUUUU it’s been two months since I had the ring!! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER whats the point of having one year warranty for manufacture if they can’t change my ring because a stone fell off !

The associates didn’t seem eager to assist with my selections. I visited two stores in one week, not sure which store the survey is for. The Elizabeth location was a little better with the associate that finally helped being a lot friendlier but her manager made us wait over 25 min to open the 14k gold case. She kept taking new clients and continued to keep us waiting, I though it was very rude.

I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the fact that this location along with many others do not clean bracelets thoroughly. Each charm should be taken off and cleaned individually, along with the bracelet. Pandora should take much more pride in the service they offer for maintenance after purchase (especially b/c your jewelry is not inexpensive).

The sales associate couldn’t be less inclined to wanting to make a sale. Also I don’t think she gave the proper discount for one of the items I purchased and it is final sale and I am very dissatisfied to find that it’s half the price online.
