The sales associate that I had when I visited Jersey Gardens Mall felt like she wanted to be done quick. I felt rushed when I was looking through the items. I had to verbally express to her that I was not done yet shopping.

The process was so slow and couldn’t find the charm I was looking for.

As soon as I arrived the sales associate told me I had to wait outside to many people in the store . I counted 7 people.. a leaving customer had to tell me oh they will take my name on the tablet and call me. The associate did not inform me of the process and just told me amd my boys to leave. As I saw 5 people leave they never signaled me to come in, so I walked in and asked if it was okay for me to just look until called. The male associate said yes. The entire time I was in the store it was on average 10-15 people in the store and the sales associate never asked anyone to leave not once. I felt discriminated against because I observed I was the only black person she said something to. The majority was white Spanish and Indian. They kept coming in the store and she allowed them getting crowded at times. I felt racially profiled and was so bothered because my children even noticed before I did. A SHAME they had to experience that feeling.. I despise this store now and will never shop there again..
