Because I felt that the associate who attended me underestimated me and did not attend me with the importance I deserved until He saw that I was going to buy the products.

I was not greeted as I entered store. When I entered the store there were several associates present and at least two were not helping customers. The store ran out of bags. I was able to make my purchase, but the customer attention and service could have been better.

Initially I purchased an item online which stated there were 4 left… I got an email almost immediately which stated that it was completely unavailable. Beyond confused, I called asking about the inventory being accurate. Also called customer service. Major inconvenience

Upon entering the store not one employee looked at me to acknowledge me as a customer, no hello, no hey can I help you with something. Lets keep in mind that the store only has two customers inside. No busy whatsoever.

Había solo tres personas atendiendo y había una fila de como seis personas fuera de la tienda esperando entrar para ser atendidas , mi hija y yo esperamos 45 min para entrar a la tienda y ser atendidas

charged me a higher price then was meant to 15 dollers more an didnt give me the money back they didnt show me all what they had in the store the sails ladys were speaking a different language between them the whole time waisted there a lot of time

The staff was rather unfriendly. They did the job but seem to be unenthusiastic and like they did not care. One person guarded the door and even though there was no one inside she did not care to move and let us in. I have to say excuse me 3 times so she would move.

Sales person wasn’t interested on me making a purchase. She was paying zero attention to me and my questions. I was literally talking to wall. To realize she was listening music on headphones. Worse experience I had at a pandora store
