I don’t know whether she is the manager or something but she is the little Hispanic lady. She was extremely judgemental from the beginning. Barely talked to us, made faces when I was trying on the ring I wanted. Signaled me with her finger to come around the corner to come and put in my information on their IPAD by myself because she couldn’t be bothered to do it herself. Never have I ever experienced such terrible experience from a PANDORA store before. Ridiculous.

The saleswoman saw me and didn't help me, after waiting twenty minutes she came to talk to me, I was extremely sad about it, I always buy from Pandora and that never happened.

Workers are every unprofessional no team work. One worker had a big hole in her pants. I guess items are cheaper there so they match the cheapness with there attitude

The associates within the store was very rude and didn’t welcome my son and I when we entered the store. Two of the associates were helping other customers but the store manager didn’t really seem like she wanted to help me. After about 10 minutes, she finally helped me but just asked what I wanted. Overall, the experience was terrible.

When I went I did 1 1/2 hour in the long line, only two people asist the coustomer. The charm I bought (S letter) don't have good shape, yesterday I bought in the same store other charm (Mom/Son heart) don't have shape either. Sorry...no more

TO BEGIN I was never greeted upon entry. Although my sales person made eye contact and looked away. I had to ask if it was okay to be in the store before I was properly acknowledged.

Not only did I have to wait about 30 minutes but when I was finally called to be next and I tried to stay positive and friendly the staff member attending me did not show the same energy.
