He sido vendedor durante muchos años de mi vida y me encantó lo que hice, incluso porque gané la comisión. Ayuda mucho. When I got home I realized that I received the wrong charm. I’m on my way on vacation and have to return to the mall when I return because I received a Scorpio charm instead of a Virgo charm which is what I requested and according to the receipt what I paid for.

I had to wait in line to be attended. The Pandora was in a outlet and any discount was there any sale any promotion. The Assosiates was unfriendly really rude. Rushing no giving time to choose the merchandise. After I chose I didn’t have my os Dora credit card and they offered me to look it in the system for me but after waiting in line to use the tablet as it seem it was just one they could find the credit card with my ID so I lost all that time waiting when from the beginning I offered go for pick the card to the parking lot what I finally have to do. Then I decided to buy a mom charm but there were so few option and looked old and in bad shape. I ended up just buying the bracelet but with very bad experience.

Sales associate wasn’t friendly and seemed unhappy to attend us. Seemed as though she was rushed and didn’t want us there.

The associate was not approachable at all she wasn’t welcoming and I advised I would like my my change she said there was a shortage I said ok so then don’t charge me the other cents instead of taking the rest of my change . That’s just wrong the store should either luck out on the remaining change or give customers their full change .

Sales associate was not helpful. She was rushing and needed help much help from others. Manager was also in a rush and was unpleasant . It seemed as the associate and the manager neither care if I made a purchase our not .

These store is very slow take care of customers. Not very helpful at all. I was in the store less then the other customers that spent over 30min in the store which made the line out the store bad experience

I came to exchange a bracelet because it was loose fitting. When I arrived the sales associate told me it was an online order and they do not carry that item without even checking first. I checked the website before arriving so I knew they had the item in store since it gave me the option to pick it up in store. She then asked another associate who informed her they did have the item. She then did the exchange to which she charged me an extra 5 dollars and some change, which I then realized after I left that she scanned the wrong item. When I left the store my friend looked at her bracelet only to find out that the bracelet we were given wasn’t the correct bracelet. We then went back and had to wait another 20 minutes to be helped and given the correct bracelet.
