This is my first time visiting this Pandora store and had just started to collect charms with my bracelet. I was hoping the representative would explain more about the jewelry and ask which type of charms I would be interested in. She stood there for a while over me while I was looking and barely said two words. I was there for about 15-20 minutes trying to decide. I was explaining to her that I just started and wasn't sure what to pick but didn't say anything. I said I am going to look around and told me these are the only items that are in clearance at the store. I picked something to buy because my husband wanted to surprise me but will not return to that Jersey Gardens store. I don't like to complain about anyone working at a store but wished they were more personable with the customers. I understand if the store was busy but it wasn't.

The Manger in the store was rude. Didnt do good customer service. The district manager was there and said maybe she was in a "daze" and didnt realize I needed help. So instead of sloving a problem she agreed and took up for her manager.

Worst service I ever received in a Pandora. The wait was extremely long, they let us inside the store waiting 45 mins until someone can help me. The girl who helped me first was trying to help the whole store made the wait even longer, I personally asked someone to help me after 45 mins . They shouldn’t let people in until someone is ready to assist customer. Worse customer service .

When I came into the store it was two associates on the floor. Then one associate went to the back and left the other one on the floor with somebody else. The wait time was long for more people to come out and help her which I think was unfair. I myself was getting impatient but I need earrings, so I waited.

They only allowed 3 customers at a time, everyone else had to wait outside. I stood on the line outside for one entire hour, with people coughing without masks and not respecting the 6 feet distance. Is that how you protect your clients?! Making a huge line outside form is actually worse than letting more people in the store. I really needed the ring so I stayed, but never again.

The person did not bother to ask us what we were searching for or if there's anything he show us. All he did was just stand there and stared at us.

The store did not have a wide variety of necklaces, the prices varied from 1 store to the next and they didn't have a variety of sizes in the bracelet that I wanted to purchase.

Noel the branch manager is the most unprofessional person, he just jumped over people that was already waiting and then he start telling to his employees that I was dying to be served m, I was jus t letting him Know I was in front of the person that they were serving. I didn’t appreciate that he told him employees “ take care of her that is in a hurry, she is dying to be serve “ how rude and disrespectful from a sore manager, there where customers in the store also waiting and feel that was terrible customer service not profesional at all. The sale lady was amazing 10/10 to her but I won’t go back to that pandora because Noel is very rude, at the end of the transaction I went ove to him and I told him that I did t like what he did, he didn’t care of give me and apology, very rude
