I spent almost 1 1/2 hours on a line with one Salesperson and she was cleaning someone Stuff and the line had abut 8 customers waiting and others customers left after seeing the line

I knew what I came looking for, the 15 charm. I asked the associate if they had “the number 15” and they responded rudely by saying “what do you mean? We have different sizes and the stores runs by numbers.” She obviously didn’t understand or know about the sweet 15 charm. This is rude and unacceptable, I am highly disappointed as a former Pandora employee and understand why people don’t like going to the Elizabeth location.

the sales associate Maryam had a nasty unfriendly attitude. I walked into Pandora excited to buy something, but she quickly ruined that experience when she asked my ring size, I told her I didn't know & she replied with an attitude asking "you don't know?"

It was Christmas Eve 2022 and the only store in the entire mall where the wait was over 2 hours to get service. The store needs better organization for associates to find products quickly. Most importantly management needs to strategize better for quick in/out purchases. Sales associates were lingering in the store while people stand on line outside of the store for hours. Seriously, this store was my worst experience by far. Please evaluate the cameras on Christmas Eve 2022 starting at 3pm and you will see how trouble my experience was that day.

I was on a line for three hours and then I was about to be speak. I pregnant woman was ahead of me for the same amount of time. I find that ridiculous, what happened to be kind and considerate.

The sales associate was very rude and unprofessional, she was rushing me to buy I noticed she had a particular customer that she wanted to help and I told her I could wait for someone else because I was trying to buy a special gift and she just walked away. Help the man and started helping another man and just forgot about me and when she came back to me, I ended up buying all the wrong things, I asked for a loving mother charm instead in my bag I got a charm with red lips. Everything was wrong and she was not helpful at all. I really like this store but the sales associate there is horrible. The other two young ladies were great and try to help me out but I guess she wanted to try to take all the sells from every man that walked in the store. Very unprofessional I hope I never have to deal with her again because I do have to take the items back. Oh, and I asked for a receipt and she told me it was too late to get one. Wow.
