We had ask the associate to clean my bracelets , then she put the in for 20 minutes when I asked her for a couple minutes . It was burned , she didn’t even care that it destroyed . She then lie to her supervisor. I was very upset !

No me atendieron a mi turno .no se disculparon ni la empleada ni la gerente la empleada medio actitud I me atendió no muy amable no trato de mostrarme nada nuevo ect. Al final otra vendedora se disculpó por lo ocurrido y le hice una compra . En mi opinión la vendedora q me atendió con la cual me disguste no está preparada para el servicio al cliente necesita mas capacidad para estar en servicio al cliente eso es todo gracias

The saleperson who took care of me during my purchase was unprofessional. I felt like I was being rush and she refused to take her time with me and my family. I refused to go back to the store due to lack of customer service skill.

The sales associate and manager were very rude and not helpful at all, this was my first buying experience and it was a gift. They were not at all helpful whatsoever I ended up not getting what I originally went in there for.

I visited the Jersey Gardens. At first, there were 3 sales reps and 1 customer already in the store. After walking around for 15 mins, no one offered to help. I went up to the sales rep Kaila and asked for help. She pointed to someone else saying they’d help me but 5 mins later came to help me herself. She had the worst attitude. She didn’t greet me, and would huff and puff every time I asked to see something. I hadn’t made up my mind but she assumed I wouldn’t buy anything and just kept everything away. I asked twice because of her behavior if the store was closing, she said we had another hour. I ended up liking a bracelet and got ready to purchase it. She knew NOTHING about it. She didn’t know the original price, the discount, if they had more colors and was not even willing to check for me. I go on to purchase the bracelet and after I’ve paid she says “no returns or exchanges, no warranty, this is final sale”. I politely said, “shouldn’t you have said that to us before we paid for it”, to which she responds “sale items always have no warranty”. Absolutely disgusted with this behavior! I was the customer, and still being nice and polite to a horrible sales rep.

It was my birthday yesterday and my husband took me to Pandora to pick out my new charm. The sales rep was so unprofessional, unfriendly, and didn’t care of my needs. I was so excited to be there I knew exactly what I wanted, she then rushed me even though I was a ready customer!
