Bought a ring from this store and within two of the stones fell out. I returned to the store later that week to exchange it and was told very rudely buy an associate and so called manager that they are only doing it as a one time thing and if the stones fall out again I can not return the ring to them. I told them it’s there merchandise and they should resolve my issue. Needless to say the sales associate and so called manager we’re very rude and didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. I will definitely NOT be returning to this location.

When i walked in asked for a book to look at the charms the sales women looked looked she had an attitude because i was asking her for something while she was doing something. i was told there wasn’t any books i asked where was the charms displayed and no answer i had to walk around with my boyfriend to look for them myself. I did ended up buying a charm but I was not happy with the service from here. I went early in the morning

The Sales Associate was not interested in serving me with the attitude she had. I asked her if she was having a bad day, she did not respond. I continue to ask her to show me anything that had mom on it, she stated that another sales associate had the tray, so I waited to see if she would offer me to look at other stuff but she didn't. 20 years of customer service and this is the worst I have ever seen. I was very upset when I left. I did not want to buy anything but It was my mom's birthday and I have not seen her since October of last year and this moment was special and she took that away from me. Training is key during this time people are on edge and when you have an attitude you should not work in public. Please retrain your staff to better serve your customers when they visit your business. Or you will lose customers behind a person who does not care about your business as you do. I will be greatly appreciated it if someone from this company to reach out to me and deal with this issuse.

I am not satisfied we are a family using Pandora and some bracelets their color changed and the staff who attended me could not do anything to change or polish my bracelet I prefer not to buy more

The item I received on line was too small, and that item was no longer available in the stores so yes, I was highly disappointed. I chose something else instead.

The counters/area was not cleaned immediately after the previous customer. These are areas of high contact and should be wiped down after each purchase. We were told our teenage kids could not come inside as there's a limit of 2 people per party. There was no sign indicating this and there was another party inside with 3 people. When I asked the manager why were not allowed as others were; she lied and said the other party had a child in a stroller which is not the case. I have photos to prove it. The manager did offer an apology which I took it as discrimination as we were not from the same ethnicity as those that were allowed inside.

I needed a last min birthday gift and the long wait was ridiculous. not mush of the associates fault but the manager at the time could have done a bit better with at least coming to the door and ask questions. understood that there is a limited of people but when special people that the manager knew all of a sudden more than what was to be allowed in the store she let in and when i voice my concern her reply was very rude. with that been said i will stick to PARAMUS PARK PANDORA. They are more sweet an nice there. Sorry Jersey Garden But get a new Manager that a people person of all kind!!!!

Manager in this Jersey Garden Mall didn't show any sympathy. I was spending 197.98 and they have a promotion for spending 150 you get a holiday gift, they didn't have my size bracelet so I ask her if she can't call or maybe I can come back for it whenever they have it again. Everything was NO with her. Bad example for her associates as a manager, in the other hand Joselin was a very nice girl, apologizing for her behavior.

I went in for a cleaning of my bracelet and charms. It was cleaned within 10 minutes. When it usually takes an hour and half, and my bracelet is now bent. I can’t take my charms off and put new charms in. Horrible customer service.
