El dije que compré, no apareció en la cajita cuando llegué a casa ,gasté mi tiempo y gasolina en regresar a la tienda a hacer el reclamo,al final de una discusión me devolvieron mi dinero me querían hacer creer que si habían puesto la pieza en la bolsa nunca quisieron mostrarme una prueba,totalmente decepcionada con esto que me hicieron ese chico que me atendió pienso que no es primera ves que hace eso mi error fue confiar en el y no chequear la compra antes de salir de la tienda.

The girls were extremely rude and just wanted to get rid of the clients, I took in my Pandora bracelet To get cleaned and got it back the same and in a twisted and stiff condition which is not the way I brought it in.

This was my 3rd trip to this location. The previous 2 times I left bc I waited in excess of 25 minutes for help. 2 associates on the floor. 3 in the back room. Not holiday. Not busy. No urgency to sell to me or take my money

Very unattentive staff no knowledge of products, no customer service. It was just a hi what do you okay here it is ok bye sort pf transactions no upselling no product demonstration
