Rebecca was extremely helpful. All Sky Zone staff were friendly. Party guest questions were answered. Registration process was organized and easy. Party room was nice. Pizza, drinks, and cake were excellent. My daughter had an amazing party. Thank you!

My daughter Ava celebrated her 8th birthday at Sky Zone on Sunday March 1st. We were greeted with a very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. The woman that checked us all in (Can’t remember her name) was very helpful! The party room attendant Ella was just wonderful! Both women were very kind and helpful throughout the entire party! They made the process so easy for my husband and I so we could tend to the birthday girl and her friends! Thank you for a great experience!

We were fortunate to have a great experience at the Clifton Park site. Rylee was extremely welcoming when we arrived. She did an amazing job coordinating the check in for 10 kids, and explained everything thoroughly. We loved having a place to put our belongings (party supplies, coats, boots, etc) and never had to work. We were fortunate that it was busy, but not overwhelming the afternoon we visited. Ella was a terrific in the party room. She remained very calm with energetic kids. She was respectful to the parents, and took care of everything.

It was well organized, clean, kids had fun!

The check in staff and management was amazing. The host of the party seemed to get flustered that our party was so large. Since we had a larger party, they should have had 2 hosts. As a parent, I ended up helping to make sure the kids didn't get bored waiting

My son and his friends loved their experience at Sky Zone in Clifton Park! The staff were very friendly and patient with the adults and children. I loved that one of the Sky Zone staff played charades with the children before our jump time began, it really helped them have fun while they waited. All of the parents in our party also commented with how well everything was handled and how much they enjoyed the experience.
