I was taken as soon as I entered the store and the sales person could not have been more accommodating for my exchange.

I went to this store because I had an issue with my bracelet. One of my charms were fused on to the bracelet! The associate, Stefanie, was kind, patient and truly helpful. Not only did she help me chose a different bracelet and a new clip, she really tried hard to save my charm. I have been to many Pandora stores and this associate really made all the difference with her knowledge of the products and most importantly her kindness, which can be so rare these days. I left the store a happy customer. Thank you so much and I will be back again.
