She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and attentive. I was on the fence about buying two charms, but Cecilia made me feel extremely welcomed and I decided that I wanted to purchase them with her. She knew exactly what I was looking for, found the store that had the charm I’ve been looking for quite some time, coordinated the charm from the other store to be sent to her store & will mail it to me! The young lady assisting me was very patient and knowledgable about the merchadise. Based on the individual and the reason for purchasing, she was able to show me great pieces. The 2nd young lady in the store cleaned 2 other bracelets that oxidized horribly due to non-use during COVID. My bracelets look brand new now! Very nice, accomodating and patient! So glad there is a Pandora here and Tanger in Riverhead, NY!
