I was delighted to see so many charms and also retired charms that were still available for purchase. The most selection in a Pandora store that I have ever been to. The sales person was so helpful and knowledgeable.

Store staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I told them i didn’t want a box but changed my mind once the associate walked away. She was still friendly and kind. Not aggravated with my indecision at all. If I want another charm I would definitely go back to that store.
