The lady that helped was very patient. I was with my 2 kids that were being annoying.

Much better than first visit. Purchased wrong size bracelet initially. Asked multiple times to fill bracelet with beads to make sure it would fit when full and sales associate disregarded this request, therefore, bracelet purchased was too small. On second visit, sales associate was attentive to my request and took out enough beads from case to fill bracelet so I could see that replacement bracelet would fit when filled with beads. I loved the pandora associate who helped me during my visit. She was so kind, authentic, funny, and helpful she really made me feel comfortable during my visit. I loved the discounts on the merchandise as well.
