I love everything about pandora jewelry. They carry a good selection for gifts. I recommend pandora to everybody that would like to creat a memory

I had an issue with tarnish on my bracelet/ the salesperson was kind and offered to clean explaining it could darken. She took her time, showed me it was improved and went on to clean it to new looking! She explained to keep in a ziplock which I did not know.

The sales lady was great and friendly and pushy

The store was minimizing the number of guests in the shop, every item was sanitized after handling, the rep was very friendly and knowledgeable and asked us about Disney (my shopping and current bracelet was all Disney). I did not feel rushed or pressured, which I completely value.

Prices ,quality,variety...are excellent!..now my summer pandora looks nicer with my new charms 👍

Very friendly staff member who attended to me went above and beyond to find what I was looking for and request assistance from more seasoned coworkers to try to help me find the items close to what I wanted.

Good service

I came in looking for a specific collection and the sales representative lead me to it immediately. I was able to purchase what I came in for, and then purchased items from another collection as well. When I left the store and returned home, I realized I had bought one item I already own. I then returned to the store and easily exchanged that item for another piece that I didn’t own. The whole process was very easy and the staff were all so friendly.

The staff is always friendly no matter which location or State I go to.
