I was highly satisfied since they have followed what the CDC recommends by providing hand sanitizer at the door, have a limited about of people in the store at once, and kept the door open for airflow within the store, and had a walk plan around the room so it’s a one way kind of store. I also noticed the sales associate it’s who has helped me look at charms and rings, that she was sanitizing them after each one I looked at and touched and didn’t want. That was a great surprise to me, as I know none of the items prior to the pandemic were sanitized. I was impressed, and hope to find other Pandora stores are doing just that!

The sales associate Samantha was very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me find my ring size and stayed in my price range. She made the experience very easy and enjoyable!

The store did a great job with social distancing by only allowing so many people in ata time so I felt comfortable while I shopped. My sales associate was amazing with patience as I shopped with my sister and mom. They had a wonderful promotion where selected items were marked down. Thank you Pandora!
