We had a great experience, the girl was knowledgeable. It was hard to locate some items bc there was signs in the case to tell you like where the specialty/seasonal items. Also the store is so overally bright that it is painful at first.

The Pandora Outlet just opened in Riverhead at Tanger. I was so excited. I love Pandora and am a big fan and collector. I was highly satisfied because the sales associates were so ni e and helpful. I was also very pleased because I went there looking for two retired charms for my friends Birthday and Christmas! It makes you feel good when u can go to store and purchase everything you set out to get rather than being disappointed if they don't have it. I am so Happy and g for ad I can't wait to go back and get something for myself. Very good prices. I was very pleased with my purchase. I am even going back out there to get my other friend a Christmas present. Hope they open one in deer park to.

Jose was extremely knowlegeable about the items in the sale section. He was very sweet and professional. The sale merchandise is definitely a great value.

The store did not have my first choice with certain pieces. Also, the associate accidentally added an item to my purchase and it was included in my charge to my Pandora credit card. The store associate had to "return" this item to get the credit to my Pandora account. The return reason the associate used was "customer satisfaction".This annoyed me because it was the associate's error, not mine.

We were greeted by both sales representatives which I thought was going to be a positive experience. However, at 8 pregnant I asked the sales rep ro look at some charms for my 3 year old bracelet it was stated that I had to look at the charms through the glass. Bending over looking at products at 8 months pregnant was the most uncomfortable thing for me to do which prompted me to leave the store. Furthermore, i knew how much it would mean for my daughter to have her charms so I stayed and purchased $225 worth of charms. Never have I experience not be able to look at the products out and above the glass. The sale rep stated it was in the policy not to take the charms out for customers to look it at. I asked her if she thought I was going to steal something because I never experience this before. Although in the end both rep were helpful it was not a good experience to allow a pregnant women to bend over glass to look at products. Im a veteran of the US military and I did not like the experience.

The associate was polite but not very friendly and her nails were so long it was distracting also the store was too warm I was uncomfortable I didn’t want to stay and shop I just wanted to get back outside for cool air .
