I really had a great time shopping the salesgirl marissa was very knowledgeable and answer all of my questions can't wait to go back I hope I get same salesgirl she was amazing

Needed a specific item that was not available. Employees were very helpful. Ended up buying other items.

Your counterspace does not fully display the available merchandise. Even with the social distancing being followed this store is too compact to handle your customers. There were 5 customers to handle and just not enough room/space

The location did not have the charms I was looking for. They had charms from last year not this year. I would've definitely spent more money if they had charms from this year.

The purchase I made some of the diamonds were missing. Other than that I love pandora jewelry. I would still continue to purchase my charms.

The staff were rude at times to multiple customers. The store only allows 13 people in it however 4 of the staff members were in the back on a break and counted in that number. Those staff should take a break else where to make the wait to get in shorter.

The price was to high. The jewelry is beautiful

If I go there to buy at 50% off and then you just have a few things to see it, is not good for any client. I will recomend to offer more items when you do promotion. Select Items were insinificant. Propably you will lost client because people is not dump , we can buy in Macys or others stores.
