I needed a bangle bracelet and charm for a gift. The charm I wanted only had two left and both chrome finish seemed “scratchy”. Associate said it was designed that way. There was also a coupon discount available, and associate didn’t mention it. So after walking out the store, I had to come back for a price adjustment.

The store was beautiful and the service was quick. Our sales associate was helpful but not friendly at all. Turned off by this location.

I was overcharged for a ring. I have to go back to another closer Pandora to get the correct price for this ring. I was also given the display ring, which I was hoping to get one from the back or not on display.

It bothers me terribly, when you go to an outlet and they do not honor the discount from the Outlet Center. The girls said it was because it is a combined discount. Of course its a combined discount , it is NOT retail ... It is an outlet. This is a terrible bait and switch tactic to get you in the store. Why offer coupons if nothing in the store is retail..It is an outlet store. Very very dishonest.

I waited outside for 30 minutes before I was able to come in. There was initially only one sales associate for the first 20 minutes then someone else came along mean while there was a line outside

The saleswoman explains my bracelet A MONTH OLD has a YEAR warranty BUT is ONLY warranted ONCE! its a MONTH OLD!! I think i am done with my relationship with Pandora

Employee was lame. They couldn't be bothered to step from around the counter to identify a bracelet, didn't seem to have much product knowledge and couldn't help with ordering something that wasn't in the store and instead explained I needed to do it myself.

I went to the outlet and they showed me a bangle in the showcase saying one price and they charged me another price. I didn’t look at the receipt until I got home once I saw the error I called the store and I was told the sale is final. I’m very unpleased with Pandora.
