The items we purchased were gifts. We were told we’d need to purchase bags. Spent $100 to be told to buy bags is a ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.

Upon arrival to this location, we were in a line outside of the store, waiting for customers to exit, and to be let in. After two customers left the store, we were left waiting outside of the store, with no associates to acknowledge and greet us, and let us in until 5 mins later. The store had three associates and at the time only three customers were in the store. The sales associate didn’t make eye contact when asked questions about the merchandise. And then after purchasing (although one charm is small in size) did not offer to put the charm in a gift bag. It was not the most pleasant of shopping experiences.

we asked for a certain ring..she showed it to us but it was size 6...she said that's the only size it came in..so we asked to see rings in size 8..well there were the rings we wanted in size 8! she didn't want to help us..highly unmotivated..maybe she had BLM problem

The sales person that helped me was in a hurry because it was like a bother to ask her for the items. Once I asked her for an item she said no the size is not available is that it? I felt rushed and unsatisfied. If she would have been nicer I would have bought a lot more.

I purchased numerous items from Pandora and love your products. This time I purchased a necklace and was given the wrong size free bracelet. I asked to exchange size and the associate told me I’d have to bring back my purchased item, return it (with free bracelet) rebuy my purchased item and she could give me the correct size. Instead of just giving correct size. So I will have to go ask for my gift back and do this process. It’s ridiculous!!!

Rhya S. of riverhead tangers oultet store gave me a teared $10 bill and noticed the money was invalid when I got home, im an hour away from tangers and will not waste time to go back for exchange of $10 bill! she should!’t also be working in any of pandora stores! employees like her will fool more loyal customers like me

The representative DAISY was extremely rude. She was very short in her answers and had a nasty attitude. Barely helped us in the store.
