I went for a cleaning obviously was going to purchase something but went to get a cleaning also and the sale girls have a DIRTY look when I asked if they still did the cleaning I felt as like she just want to do her job on top of that it was a nasty job that was done with the cleaning

I went to purchase a gift for my mom. Upon entering the store I asked the Marianna L No. 210263 if I could get my bracelet clean while I shop. She agreed and gave my bracelet to her associate while she was helping me. The sale went fine and my bracelet was returned. Upon leaving the outlet and I was almost home I noticed that my bracelet was looser than before then I took a closer look at my bracelet and realized that a clip was missing. I immediately called the store and the associate tried to tell me that my my bracelet only had one clip on it, which was a lie. I knew this because they were a gift from my husband and we have the Pandora credit card receipt that will attest to that fact as well as I remember having a discussion with Marianna prior to getting cleaned that it was almost full and very difficult to get off. I should have known that something was wrong when they offer to put it back on my wrist. I am very disappointed because I had visited several stores before and very had this experience. I am also angry that she was trying to convince me that I only had on clip on my bracelet. This is just sad "It was a gift and I made a purchase". I did not expect to be robbed.

We were not satisfied with our visit as Pandora. This is because the sales associate told us one of their products "Pink Radiant Hearts" as a bangle bracelet was $22.97. However, later we found out that the product was actually $42.97 which is basically double the price that we were told. I even said "Wow $22 is a great price." multiple times but she never corrected me even though she had various chances to. I ended up buying two because I though it was only $22 each. I also bought the other colors "Blue Radiant Hearts" and "Mint Radiant Hearts" as a bangle bracelet and they were $20.97 each which confused me. To add on, the display case said "starting from $22" for all the bracelets. Overall, I wish the sales associate paid more attention and clarified the price with me. I'm very upset with the whole experience and want my money back.

Hard to select charms. Everything shown through case. Additionally, free gift with $110 purchase was not as advertised. Expected case for bracelet with place for charms. Felt ripped off. Will not shop there again.

I was completely satisfied with my experience. It was at the Tanger Outlets. There wasn’t a line. I got right in and made a purchase. The salesperson was very nice. I must have marked something wrong. But know I was very happy with my shopping experience .
