I called the store to see if they had a charm available and they did..they were nice enough to offer to hold it for me..I couldn't get there on that specific day and they extended the hold when I called them...great store..

This was my very first time going to pandora and my experience was amazing. I loved how everything was set up right and the people there. Overall I recommend going and I would want to come again!
