This was my first time in a pandora store ever, and the warm welcoming I received from Crystal and Tiffany was amazing. I was scrambling trying to find a birthday gift for my mother. Crystal took me through the journey of building a personalized gift combination for my mom. She listened to my ideas and made it come to life. She asked specific questions to understand my mom’s personality and uncover multiple options that would best fit her style. She explained how the bracelets and the charms worked and she also explained how customizable these items were so I can always add to the bracelets at any given time. She answered all my questions in great detail and in a way I can understand. She presented various ways to buy and the benefits of utilizing the Pandora card. Crystal has advanced attention to detail, customer focus and product knowledge skills. This is one of the very few retail experiences I can look back on and say I genuinely enjoyed the time. I felt very supported and will be a forever customer at the pandora store in the SoNo Collection.

All Sales Associates at this location were kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

My bracelet was as black as charcoal because I had it on while messing with bleach. I took it to the store and gosh it was brought back to life by the manager Crystal

we went in looking for a necklace for our 14 year old daughter, for her birthday. Tiffany, the sales associate, was wonderful. There were a few items that were out of stock, but we ended up with a beautiful necklace - great quality for the price.
