The staff were very friendly. They were knowledgeable in regards to the items I wished to purchase. They also told me the available hours for me to bring back my bracelet for cleaning.

I visited Pandora three times so far to purchase a gift for my daughter and worked with Erik each time . He’s great and has the best customer service . I will only be working with him when i come to make a purchase . It’s always a plus to remember your customers and to have the same experience each time and that’s what i get with him !

I had stopped at the location in the SONO collection in Norwalk, Ct. The associates there were two ladies and they were awesome. I would definitely go back.
