My sales rep, Arly, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She informed about any sales and/or new products forthcoming. She was very attentive and answered all questions I my have had.

Truly exceptional

There is no other way to say this, going into a Pandora store is simply alway one of my best shopping, there is something about the ambience of the store..it’s like joyful therapy. I have visited a few of Pandora stores and it’s basically the same friendly and courteous service and atmosphere, I am however partial to Pandora at the galleria mall in Poughkeepsie NY, for me it like family, Elise get me she know my liking. I have never left a Pandora unhappy, a couple of dollars missing fr my checking account my always happy.

Everyone in the store was very nice and helpful. I got everything I needed and was super satisfied with the service. I might come back later for another item.

Arly was the representative that help us today and she was very patient and showed care and respect for her job and customers, we highly recommend her and we definitely will be back. Thank you Arly
