Let me begin by saying how clean and organized the store was. Yallisa immediatley apporached my daughter and I and asked could she be of assistnace. She was patient, knowledgable and kind.

The sales associate I spoke with on the phone (Alexandra) was very pleasant and efficient and confirmed promptly that they had the earrings I wanted in stock and would be held for me. Upon arrival, both sales associates were busy with customers, but Yalissa acknowledged me immediately. She came over to me as soon as she was done with her customer and was very pleasant, showed me the earrings (which I loved since I also have them in silver and remembered a lot of details from my previous visit to the store in May. I was also interested in a ring and she was very helpful in assisting me to choose one and determining the correct size. The one she picked out was actually the one I had been looking at so she knows her customer. I was very pleased with the entire experience and, of course, adore my new pieces. I am a very big fan of Pandora!

Erika A was so insanely helpful and made it so I got exactly what I wanted out of my purchase. I had been looking for a nice necklace or bracelet for my girlfriend for months and I hadn’t found anything I liked until I went to Pandora. And Erica was so kind and polite and patient and was super helpful and I was very happy with the outcome. Thank you Erica for all your help I really appreciate it and I know my girlfriend will too. :)
