I was greeted by a very nice sales lady named Vailene. She was very knowledgeable and patience. She also explained how I could save money by signing up for the Pandora credit card and about the upcoming 1 day sale. Overall good experience.

My mother and I came to replace her bracelet, as it broke within a week of her having it. Not only did we get it replaced with ease, but we got some suggestions to keep it from breaking, as well as a few clips so she could display her charms. We were very happy with our service from Maura!
