Penelope B was the associate who assisted me. I was impressed that she remembered me from the previous day since that was the first time I had ever been in a Pandora store. She was patience, helpful, listened to my criteria, offered suggested charms that fit my dialogue. I had already visited online and had an idea, but she made suggestions that were outside the online experience. Gave me valuable information on how to shop and add to my pending purchase. The only dissatisfaction was her input of my last name as Collier when it is Collier-Clemmons. Other than that it was an excellent experience.

I am highly satisfied, the service was amazing and the workers were nice and respectful
