I arrived at the store to pick up my online order. It was not ready and they said that they did not have any in the counters. The young sales lady Lailah A 215170 stepped in to assist. Truly appreciate her assistant in getting what I needed. I hope this is her correct information from my receipt.

I was satisfied with the product and service. I just wish that there was more % of sale. Being a student, I am unable to buy everything I like due to high cost.

Pandora has timeless pieces that you can add or mix pieces depending on your mood. Love it.

I always have a good experience there

I was highly satisfied with my experience at this Pandora store. The salesman was very inviting and knowledgeable and patient with me. He recommended my purchase and I only came in for a cleaning.

We were told an replacement item would be available on that day and it wasn’t there. It also still haven’t come in and the current purchased item lock does stay close.

The store was busy. I came in and was ignored when a couple that came in after me was helped. They were just looking for a free exchange. I almost left and ordered online. Finally another worker arrived and she helped me. I want to give my business to my local store, but I don’t appreciate being ignored because I don’t look like I’d spend enough.

There was only one salesperson available to deal with customers and the customer before me was trying to do some shady return. The manager needed to deal with the customer as well as the salesperson. There should have been another salesperson.

I wish the store had more inventory.
