Sales representative wasn’t friendly at all

Because we had to wait outside of the store but is understandable because of the safety precautions that we need to follow

the store is small and they do not have the products in sight, first you see them in a catalog and then they show it to you

Well store is to small especially with the pandemic situation. I recently made a big purchase in this store and was not given all the details to the discount if i did this survey so it would have been nice if a discount was offered at this time of purchase since i was so uninformed and it was a store manager who sold to me this time so in my eyes had the authority to go beyond for CS.

Some charms that I was looking for were out of stock and I was unable to complete the meaning of the bracelet

The product is Unnecessarily more expensive Than I believe it should be.

I am Highly Satisfied with my visit to pandora. My experiences are always great since the associates are always patient with me when I can't decide. The only thing I wish for, is pandora having chains that are a little longer. Even if they have to be ordered.
